“A New Mindset: The Right Self Image is the First Key to enter the Success Journey” was the theme at this first event. Success begins at how we change our mindset. The success people are succeed to change their mindset. How we think, talk, and take action, what community we join will influence our success at the future.
It was a motivational seminar which would be useful for VDMS alumni and grantees. The most important thing in this event was giving positive impact for every participant. RR Ambon would fulfill the motto of vDMS itself: Learn, Share, and Encourage. Hopefully, by holding this event RR Ambon could give more positive impact starting from their community then their environment.
The purposes of this event were to:
- Establish a good communication between Alumni vDMS not only in Ambon itself but also with the Alumni from Ambon whose stay in the other city.
- Give positive impact to ALumni members in AMbon, so they can increase their capacity by change their paradigm, be more successful in the future.
- Introduce the Alumni Association to vDMS Grantees.
