The Motivation and Communication Skill Training was designed differently compared to the Regional Meetings. VDMS gave this training for students in Regina Pacis Senior High School. This two-days seminar was specially designed to strengthen fellow scholars’ motivation for their future. By joining this program, they will experience the opportunities to expand their networks and practical knowledge. In this training, Mrs. Dwiani Fegda, M.Psi became the motivation speaker for “Motivation to face the challenge and Communication – How to be confident for a speaking” session.

This traing was held on 9th – 10th April 2016 in Regina Pacis Senior High School Bajawa. Attended by 28 old students and 29 new students, 4 others students (not VDMS grantees) from Regina Pacis Senior High School Bajawa, person in charge from REGPAC and speakers: Dwiani Fegda M., Psi, M.Si
