South Sulawesi is one of the regions in Indonesia affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. While the Indonesian government suggests staying at home, some citizens cannot stay at homes such as paramedics and people who have daily income. Thus, VDMI grantees from RR Banjarmasin tried to help by collecting donations and managed to collect Rp. 1,100,000. The activity was started from April 7th to 12th, 2020. The money was spent on buying 200ml milk and cloth masks. Through the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT), a non-profit organization, they distributed the milk and masks. Meanwhile, VDMI RR Banjarmasin also bought food and directly distributed the food to underprivileged people.
