Sunday – 19 November 2023, Regional Representative (RR) Kupang held activities to increase children’s talent interest at Taman Baca Oesapa. This time it was a little different, grantees and alumni gave the children the opportunity to color pictures on the beach (under the mangrove trees). While enjoying the sunset and the gentle breeze, the children started drawing whatever they liked on a piece of white paper.

Enthusiasm was very visible from the children’s efforts in combining colors and coloring their pictures. As usual, there is laughter that accompanies it so that the activity becomes exciting. Once finished, the children’s drawings were shared again and asked to be shown to their parents. This is one way for parents to be proud of their children’s work. We hope that children’s interests and talents will continue to be honed so that they become something useful for their future. The activity begins and closes with a prayer led by one of the children.
