Saturday, December 7, 2024, RR Medan (alumni and grantees) carried out an activity to share food with people in need at several points in the city of Medan. This activity aims to strengthen relationships between grantees and alumni and foster a sense of empathy for the community. It began with an open donation (November 14 – November 30, 2024) from PIC, alumni and grantees of RR Medan and collected Rp. 820,000.

The donations collected were used to buy food ingredients to be cooked together. The food packages that were distributed were rice and grilled chicken. This was done by the grantees and alumni themselves while building togetherness. The total food packages distributed were 55 packages. The distribution was carried out by three teams and divided into several main roads in the city of Medan. Happiness radiated from the faces of the people who received the food packages (such as street children, scavengers and pedicab drivers).
