What has been started must be brought to an end. Kepengurusan Regional Representative (RR) Medan 2024/2025 has carried out its duties for one period with useful activities. In order for the activities in RR Medan to remain sustainable, a management regeneration was held. Selection is held for alumni and grantees of RR Medan who want to contribute with stages: registration, data selection and interview. After that, on July 5, 2025, Kepengurusan RR Medan was elected.

On Sunday, July 13, 2025, a handover from the 2024/2025 period to 2025.2026 was held through Google Meet. Yesayas Rumapea (previous Chairperson) congratulated the formation of the new team and advised them to continue to perform their duties and responsibilities well. Any shortcomings in the past period are expected to be corrected in the current period and increase awareness and collaboration between PIC, Alumi and Grantees of RR Medan.
