Saturday, October 23 2021, VDMI RR Medan visited Sahabat Keluarga Indonesia orphanage at 14.00 to 16.00 WIB. They held classes which are divided into pre-schoolers, kindergarten group, elementary school group, junior high school group, and vocational school group. Pre-schoolers and kindergarten groups learned drawing and coloring. Meanwhile, the elementary school group learned reading, writing, and counting. Calculation operation and general knowledge were given to the junior high school group. The vocational school group learned English.

Febian (RR Medan) voluntarily teached English for SMK

After all, groups finished their tasks, they shared what they had learned and got to know more about the member of RR Medan. During the pandemic, the orphanage residents never come to school. Activities with RR Medan were received well and they expect that they can be done weekly. Hopefully, the RR Medan social project can encourage the resident of Sahabat Keluarga Indonesia orphanage to pursue education.
