Saturday – July 9, 2022, VDMI Regional Representative (RR) Medan held the Welcoming of the New Grantee and the Election of the Chairperson of the RR Medan for the period 2022-2023. The virtual activity (Zoom Meeting) was attended by 76 participants including Mrs. Parche Manoto (YVDMI Head Office) and Dios Larosa (Communication and Alumni Relations), Alumni and Grantees of RR Medan (University of North Sumatra – USU and Medan State University – UNIMED).The activity was guided by Febriani Putri Keren Goni (Grantee UNIMED) and started with welcoming the New Grantees 2022/2023 by introducing themselves by Grantees and Alumni. This is very necessary to get to know the members of RR Medan. Nopri Sinaga (Chairperson of RR Medan) welcomed new grantees to be actively involved with the activities carried out by RR Medan. After that, it was continued with the presentation of History of YVDMI by VDMI Staff and questions and answers.

The election for the management of RR Medan 2022/2023 was guided by Bobby Setiawan (Alumni USU) by polling. Each participant has a vote to choose. The following is the management structure of RR Medan 2022/2023:
