Many people are not aware of the availability of scholarships. Thus, VDMI RR Padang held scholarship socialization at SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman. The event aimed to motivate students to continue their education even when they came from underprivileged families. Tips and tricks for getting scholarships were discussed throughout the event. Eighteen grantees from Padang State University (UNP), Andalas University (Unand), and Bung Hatta University (UBH) attended the event.

RR Padang team arrived at Pariaman by train on April 9. Then, they met with the head of SMK Negeri 2 to ask for permission. RR Padang team was divided into menjadi 4 groups. Each group was responsible for two classes. The event was held on April 10. After the session, the RR Padang team traveling together to Pantai Gondariah to know each other more and build a strong bond among the members
