Fire destroyed Al Falah orphanage in Parupuk Tabing on Friday, March 6, 2020. No fatalities, but the assets of the orphanage were burnt. People are waiting for the police investigation for the case of the fire. To help the victim, on Monday, March 9, 2020, VDMI grantees collected money, clothes, and books at Padang State University and Bung Hatta University. The donations were distributed in the same day because they urgently needed by the residents of the orphanage. VDMI grantees highlighted that people should not only express their sympaty. They should also help the people affected by disaster
