RR Palembang and SSC Community visited Sosro Factory

RR South Sumatera-Palembang held a collaboration with some communities in Palembang on Monday, 16 September 2013. From this event, we collaborated with Save Street Children (SSC) Palembang region to have such a study tour in Sosro factory. Target participants were the alumni of VDMS, the grantees, and Save Street Children Community.

Learning is usually done only in the classroom. Sometimes we will get bored if we only have such a formal and standard way to learn. So, we have a plan to initiate a study tour to Sosro Factory in Palembang and invite SSC to join this event. They were excited to join this event.

We learned about…
the history of Sosro Company and the production. We also shared the joy, experience and spirit from the founder of Sosro Company to the alumni. And the last, we encouraged the children in the SSC Community to have big dreams and be brave to reach them.
