RR Yogyakarta hold Meeting and Evaluation on 28^th January 2016 at 11.00 am – finish in Vredeburg Museum and attended by, Nofri, Kadek, Randy, Dina, Olivia and Noy.

The results of the meeting are

1.     Activity in Gua Cemara was discontinued by considering:

·      The long distance;

·      Participants in the Cave Fir were less enthusiastic, for now there are only two people;

·      Lack of potential locations

2.     Activities in Pondok Asuh Harapan are continued because the children are excited to study and it is an opportunity to collaborate with other activities.

3.     Contribution Alumni and Grantees:

The contribution fee charges Rp. 5.000,-/ month. It will start from January 2017. The person in charge for the contribution:

·      Grantees:

USD         : Periskila Dina Kali Kulla (Dina)

UGM       : Bima Putra Permata (Bima)

UKDW    : Resky Yulius

·      Alumni: Anastasia Lestari (Kadek)

All coordinator must be coordinated with Kadek.

4.     Plan for Next Activities:

·      Valentine Day with friends in Pondok Asuh Harapan

·      Hydroponics and Vertikultur Education activities, with theme “Let’s Plant & Have Fun” with friends in Pondok Asuh Harapan.

Date: 12^th March 2017

·      Hydroponics and Vertikultur Education activities, with theme “Let’s Plant & Have Fun” with friends in SD Kanisus.

Date: 15^th April 2017

Coordinator: Dina

The date will be accorded to the schedule of the school.

The activities will involve all alumni and grantees RR Yogyakarta.
