February 14, 2025, scholarship recipients within Wira Wacana Christian University (including Van Deventer-Maas Indonesia grantees) held a social activity of sharing gifts to security guards and campus cleaners. This activity aims to show appreciation and gratitude to the “campus heroes” in maintaining the security and cleanliness of the university.

This social project is an initiative of all scholarship recipients at Wira Wacana Christian University by collecting voluntary funds. The handover of the gifts was carried out at 17.00 WITA in the Wira Wacana Christian University Hall. The PIC of Wira Wacana Christian University (Yonathan Talundima, SE) in his speech expressed his appreciation for the initiative of the scholarship recipient students. This not only reflects a sense of concern, but also a real form of implementation of social and humanitarian values ​​in the academic environment.

112 students who are members of several scholarship recipients handed over packages to 10 security guards and cleaners. One of the recipients of the packages stated that they were happy because they felt appreciated and recognized for the hard work they had done for the comfort and safety of the entire academic community. It is hoped that the collaboration of scholarship recipients from several scholarship institutions can continue and strengthen relationships with supporting staff on campus.
