Saturday – 21 October 2023, Padang Regional Representative (RR) represented by 6 grantees (Padang State University and Bung Hatta University) visited the Baitul Hidayah Al Mukarramah Orphanage on Jalan Madura E.18 Ulak Karang, Padang, West Sumatra. This activity is RR Padang’s sense of caring for others. The visit was welcomed by Mr. Syafri Khaidir (orphanage administrator) and thanked him for the donation.

Sharing Session between grantees and children in orphanages

RR Padang representatives provided basic necessities in the form of food and also some stationery to support the learning of children in orphanages. Currently the orphanage has 15 children from Elementary School (SD) – High School (SMA). RR Padang introduced himself and shared stories with the children. RR Padang hopes that this activity will continue and increase the sense of caring for others.
